I recently attended the Unforgettable Tour, a Bollywood concert extravaganza, and was floored by how exciting and just plain awesome it was. The next day my family and I decided to go visit the hotel where the stars were staying for the day, and something dawned on me.
Why?
Why is there little to no understanding between the two groups? Celebrities of course want to appease the fans but will feel threatened if rushed or screamed at. Fans just want to meet the people who make their movies and TV shows enjoyable but sometimes feel hurt if they do not feel they get adequate time with their favorite star.
There is an odd dynamic that’s going on here. Both sides desperately need each other but there is rarely enough communication to make sure everyone is satisfied. And sometimes, even if there is sufficient communication, there still isn’t enough for everyone.
How do you fix this?
